TOPCOAT

TOPCOAT is a clear, thin PVC film, coated with waterproof pressure sensitive adhesive, and is used to over-laminate printed matter.

It is particularly useful when it is required to add face protection to subjects which are thicker than those which can be handled in, what are incorrectly referred to as, office laminators, which use heat sealed pouches or wallets.

These would be better described as encapsulating machines.
