Presentation Technology Limited Shipping & Returns
GOODS DELIVERY
All goods purchased through our online shop are sent using the most applicable service,
this may include a SPECIAL DELIVERY CONTRACT. In this case, the person delivering the package will require a signature from the recipient before the
package can be handed over. When a signature has been obtained at the address on our shipping
document, we deem the transaction to have been completed. Any person signing for a package who
is not entitled to do so is committing a criminal offence and appropriate measures should be taken
by the person to whom the goods were addressed.
If the Delivery Driver is unable to get a signature at the delivery address, a card will
be left explaining where the goods can be collected by the addressee or how to rearrange delivery,
you may be asked to produce the card and a proper form of ID if collecting the goods in person.
When a card has been issued and the collection invited by the method described above,
we deem the transaction to have been completed.
CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000
These regulations provide a cooling off period and an unconditional
right to cancel during that period. The purpose of the cooling off
period is to allow the consumer the opportunity he would have had
in a conventional shop to examine the goods before deciding to buy.
The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made
and ends seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods.
The regulations require the consumer to send a notice of cancellation
in writing, including fax or e-mail within the seven days. A telephone
call is insufficient.
